Hollywood • Your chance to sit in the red carpet bleachers at the 84th Academy Awards. Get your Bleacher Seats! A random drawing to determine who will be sitting in the red carpet bleachers will be conducted online at www.oscars.org. All selections will be based upon the random drawing. Last year over 15,000 fans applied for only 700 hundred bleacher seats. These seats are highly coveted and limited in quantity. From 9 AM 9/12 until 9/18 at Midnight. But with only 700 seats.

Hollywood • 19th Annual Thai Cultural Day. Thai Food, Thai Fruit and Vegetable Carving, Thai Massage, -Thai Antiques, Thai Art & Craft, Thai Silk, International Dance, Thai Kickboxing, Thai Living History, Children's Folk Games, and Thai Painting Demonstration.

Hollywood • Upright Citizens Brigade. ASSSSCAT, improv juggernaut that has played to critical acclaim and sold out audiences in New York City for the past ten years, has landed in Los Angeles.

Long Beach • Museum of Latin American Art. MoLAA's mission is to educate the public about contemporary Latin American fine art (by artists who have lived and worked in Latin America since WWII) through the presentation of a significant permanent collection, dynamic exhibitions and related cultural and educational programs.

Long Beach • Rancho Los Cerritos. Tour the historic adobe house with "visitors from the Rancho's past" who step forward in time to conduct tours of the Rancho. Explore the Rancho through the eyes of previous owners, workers or guests as they share their personal stories and experiences.

Mission Hills • Andres Pico Adobe. The second oldest adobe still standing in LA. Built in 1834. 

San Bernardino • The 22th Annual Stater Bros. Route 66 Rendezvous. The largest cruise event on Route 66. For the last six years, the Route 66 Rendezvous® has drawn over 500,000 car enthusiasts and nearly nearly 1,900 classic vehicles and Entertainment.

South Pasadena • 7th annual Cruz’n  For Roses Hot Rod and Classic Car Show. This year’s car show will be packed with a collection of 1932 roadsters, ’55, ’56 and ’57 Chevys, a stream of Corvettes and a variety of cars in limited production, including a Cobra Sebring and a Mercedes Benz Gull Wing. 

Yorba Linda • Richard M. Nixon Library. Free concerts are held Sundays, except when otherwise noted, and are open to the public. Doors open at 1:15 p.m., and concerts begin at 2:00 p.m.
