Downtown The Studio for Southern California History @ Alpine St. / Hill St. On going Law & Disorder Exhibit. This exhibit investigates moments in history that led to legislative reform, as well as episodes of vigilantism and mob behavior in the form of riots and/or rebellions. Opened October 3, 2009 and will run for twelve months.

 

Downtown • Union Station, Amtrak will celebrate America’s love for rail travel at the third annual National Train Day. Enjoying live musical entertainment by Matt Costa and Chana,with interactive Eco Exhibit, displays of model railroads as well as real Amtrak and historic train cars, paintings from notable train artist, J. Craig Thorpe, and more. The Amtrakids Depot will feature educational hands-on activities, appearances by Radio Disney AM 1110’s Road Crew, magicians and face painters.

 

El Monte Airport • Pasadena Crusin' Weekly Car Show.

 

Hollywood • The Dome Arclight Entertainment Center live preformance by Gregg Young & the 2nd Street “C” Jazz Band. Smooth Jazz Artist of the Year, LA Music Awards.

 

Pasadena • International Coin and Stamp Collectors Society Coin, Currency, Jewelry & Stamp Expo. This bi-annual show features displays and sales of coins and stamps from all over the world. Dealers will appraise all collections at no charge.
