Chinatown • 111th Annual Golden Dragon Parade & Lunar New Year Festival. The year is 4708, the year of the Tiger and what better way to celebrate it than by going to Chinatown for a fun-filled day of cultural activities.
Downtown • 18th Annual Art of Motion Picture Costume Design exhibition, where you'll get an up close look at over 100 costumes from over two dozen of last year's movies, such as Julie & Julia, Star Trek, An Education, and The Young Victoria. It's a rare opportunity to freeze the action and marvel at the imagination.

Hollywood • Old Fire Station 27, is a completely restored facility, and represents what the station was like when it was in operation. Three apparatus bays are filled with equipment, some dating back to the early 1900s and not to be found anywhere else. In addition, artifacts and equipment of all types are on display, dating from the 1880s through the present day.
Hollywood • West Sunset Blvd. El Pollo Loco's Stampede for Steak. Dress in cowboy-themed attire to earn a FREE Flame-Grilled Sirloin Steak Taco.
Long Beach • Long Beach Mardi Gras at Rainbow Harbor. There will be events and activities at the Aquarium of the Pacific, The Pike, and the band shell by Gladstone's and P.F. Chang's. Check out all the great bands, artists and don't forget about the parade at 3:00pm.
Mont Washington • Autry National Center Southwest Museum of the American Indian, being the oldest museum in the city of Los Angeles, is now on "Limited Access" and will only be open on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00–5:00 pm. Admission is free to all visitors during reconstruction, renovation and conservation of the collection.
SilverLake • Art/Craft & Vintage Fair. There will be local artists mixed in along with the best of vintage collectibles, vintage clothing, and retro furniture. Did we mention plants, succulents, a Tarot card reader, and a lady who does energy work on animals? What more could you ask for?
